Jojoba Wax 4 ml
Sweet Almond oil 4 ml

Beeswax 2 gram
Vitamin E - 1 ml ◊ ◊
Liquid Grapeseed Extract 0.5 ml ◊ ◊

BLENDER OILS
Jojoba Wax 3 ml
Castor Oil 2 ml
OTHER INGREDIENTS
Beeswax 2 gram
Shea Butter 1 gram
Cocoa Butter 0.5 gram
Candelilla wax 1 gram
Vitamin E - 1 ml ◊ ◊
Mica Peach colour powder - half an 'earpick' ◊ ◊

Liquid Grapeseed Extract 0.5 ml ◊ ◊

LIP BALMS
1) Put the Beeswax, Jojoba wax, Sweet Almond oil
in a beaker. Then follow steps 2, 3, 4 and 6 below.

LIP GLOSS

1) Put Beeswax, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter,

Candelilla wax, Jojoba wax, Castor oil in a beaker.
2) Melt in a microwave (600w) for about 1
minute (or over hot water until melted).
3) Remove from heat - allow to cool slightly.
4) Add Vitamin E, Liquid Grapeseed Extract and
Essential oil and mix them in.
5) Add Mica powder Peach colour.
6) Pour the balm into a clean container and
leave until it as set.
◊ If you change the quantity of Mica powder
you can change the colour. One 'earpick' and
Half an 'earpick' were used for these balms ◊

Dear JAPAN Aroma Share Students,

What a great, energetic meeting we had! Thank you all so very much for traveling to attend. It was wonderful to hear your creative and effective blend ideas for the health problems you are experiencing or seeing on a daily basis. The theme, as we discussed, seemed to be a lot about 'unexplained' illnesses these days that doctors don't seem to have a satisfactory answer (or satisfactory treatment) for... Very interesting indeed!

As we discussed, in Authentic Holistic Aromatherapy, we donot try to 'diagnose' an illness. We focus on the possible 'causes' of it, by looking at a persons 'whole' life situation and how it affects their health, then work on the 'cause' and 'effects' at the same time, in a practical way.

(Your Aromatherapy E-Course Study of Madame Marguerite Maury in Unit 6, is a great example of this and the 'Individual Prescription' exercises perfectly explain and guide you to practice these Holistic principles).

For Students who could not come to our meet-up, here are the main topics and blends we discussed:

◊ SHINGLES, HERPES (other 'strange' face and body skin rashes).
◊ STOMACH PAINS (heartburn and lower intestine problems).
◊ APPETITE CHANGES and SWINGS (wanting to eat 'different' foods, often eating too much or too little).
◊ LOWER LEG, FEET and HAND PAIN (some with pain and discolouring around the knees, ankles and palms).
◊ SLEEP PROBLEMS (severe insomnia then heavy, exhausted over-sleeping).
◊ ANXIETY and PANIC ATTACKS (for no 'known' reason, often with strong heart-beats, dizziness and ringing in the ears).
◊ STRONG GRIEF and ANGER (with 'old memories' or emotional 'trauma' re-surfacing).
◊ MENSTRUAL CYCLE CHANGES (body clocks seemingly changing or 're-setting').

We got through a lot didn't we... Well done everyone!

I hope you all had a safe and pleasant journey back to your hometowns. Hope too that you get to enjoy the Cherry Blossoms next week when the weather is better!
